About Us

Not a conference.
A curated evening by the sea.

Most technology events follow the same formula: crowded halls, back-to-back sessions, vendor booths competing for attention, and conversations that rarely go beyond a handshake and a business card.

Sundowner with DevOps was built to break that formula entirely. This is an invite-curated evening, hosted by the Mumbai coastline as the sun goes down, not a convention center, not a ballroom. A setting designed for real conversation, not rushed networking between sessions.

It's less "conference" and more "executive gathering that happens to talk about DevOps" — with the Mumbai sundown as the backdrop.

Why
Attend?

By the beach, not in a hall.

The open-sky, sundown setting is part of the format itself — keynotes and panels are timed to the Mumbai sunset, not squeezed into a windowless conference room.

Peers, not an audience.

Attendance is curated and capped — DevOps, SRE and platform engineering leaders from across India, in a room small enough that everybody actually gets a conversation.

Conversation, not slideware.

Sessions run as panels and open-floor discussion. No vendor pitch decks, no booth traffic, and no queue to ask the one question you came with.

Dinner is the second half.

The evening carries on over dinner by the water, which is where the useful half of every panel conversation tends to get finished properly.

Eight themes worth the evening.

Supply chain, observability, platform engineering, cost and autonomy at scale — the agenda is built from what the room is actually dealing with this year, not from last year's keynote titles.
